The US Morning News is a DC based news service under development, and will be staffed primarily with top journalism students from the nation's top journalism schools.

Students will get a chance to report in the beat of their choice as long as the articles have high news value. On occasion, students will have to take assignments.

Small town newspapers with circulations of 50,000 can reprint articles at a subscription price of $89.00 per year. Larger newspapers will have a subscription price of 229.00 year.

Newspapers without DC correspondents will also be able to purchase coverage of their region's delegation to Congress for a negotiated subscription rate or per article. The average cost of an article will run $225.00.

The service will allow subscribers to work directly with the student reporter until the story is filed.
